(More customer reviews)Although the book as the word 'Understanding' in its title I did not find it to be very useful in clarifying the concepts at all. I read the two chapters of MANOVA and Factor analysis, and although i had all the jargon that anyone would ever use when discussing these topics i had no idea how to connect them. this book is neither for beginners (as it does not explain concepts) nor do i think it is detailed or rigorous enough for advanced users.
